The learned APP for the State has handed over status report in Court, the same is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the condition of the petitioner continues to be serious and he is under treatment at Oncology Department, MAX Hospital and the doctors have advised Physiotherapy and regular medical care and his next visit to the hospital is due on 19.06.2024. 3.

He has handed over the medical prescriptions and other documents of the petitioner with a copy to the other side, the same are taken on record. 4.

In view of the medical record handed over by the learned counsel, interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 25.01.2024 is extended The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 13/05/2024 at 11:48:32

till 20.06.2024, on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the said order.
