% 07.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent. His submission is that his application seeking a consideration by the Executive Committee of respondent No. 1 for running the B. Pharma Course has till date not been answered. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that the inspection report qua the case of the petitioner is to be placed before the Executive Committee of respondent No. 1 on 15.07.2017 and a decision to the said effect will be taken on the same date and communicated to the petitioner within 1-2 days. In this view of the mater, this petition is not pressed any further.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
