O R D E R

It transpires that the respondents have passed a reasoned order in accordance with the directions contained in paragraphs - 8, 9 and 10 of the judgment dated 19.12.2025 passed by this Court in LPA 773/2025. As such, it cannot be said that there has been any wilful disobedience of any order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid order passed by the respondents, he shall be at liberty to avail of appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
