O R D E R

% 21.01.2019 Present FIR No. 725/2015 under Sections 354A/452 IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 was registered against the petitioner at police station Kanjhawla, on the complaint of daughter of respondent no. 2, namely, K. The daughter of respondent no.2 is now major.

She is present in Court along with respondent no.2. Both of them have been identified by SI Nitesh of police station Kanjhawala.

They submit that they have settled the matter with petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 14.10.2018. They have no objection in case the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings are

quashed.

For the foregoing reasons, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the private respondents voluntarily.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
