% 14.08.2019 Ms. Vanshika has admittedly attained majority, her date of birth being 14th August, 2001.

Ms. Vanshika, who is present before us in person states that, she of her own free will is desirous of residing with her husband, Mr. Shiv Kumar, the petitioner herein.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Virender Kumar, respondent No. 3, the father of Ms. Vanshika, states that, he has no objection if the latter wishes to reside with Mr. Shiv Kumar, her legally wedded husband.

In view of the foregoing, the present petition is allowed. It is directed that, Ms. Vanshika having attained majority, is at liberty to reside with Mr. Shiv Kumar, her legally wedded husband, if she so desires.

No further directions are called for.
