Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the direction to the learned Trial Court that any observation made by it in the impugned order dated 13.11.2018 shall not tantamount to any expression of opinion on the final judgment in the matter pending before the Trial Court as well as directing the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. CRL.M.A.938/2019 also stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
It is clarified that any observation made by the learned Trial Court in the impugned order shall not tantamount to any expression
on the merits of the case while passing the final judgment in the matter pending before it and dispose of the main petition on the basis of documents proved on record, evidence and the law with the direction also to the learned Trial Court to expedite the proceedings.
