CRL. M. A. 18191/2024 The present application has been filed by the petitioner for extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.04.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could only be released on bail on 08.05.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his interim bail is expiring today. However, learned counsel submits that there is still medical urgency and the petitioner needs some more time for the treatment. Learned APP for the State has opposed the present application and submits that the interim bail cannot be granted. I have considered the submissions.

In view of the medical emergency being explained by the learned counsel for the petitioner, interim bail is further extended for a period of thirty days i.e., till 08.07.2024 on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 08.04.2024.
