% 07.02.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though no documentary evidence with the loan transaction was exhibited, however, the petitioner examined CW-3 before whom the loan was advanced to the respondent who also thus corroborated the version of the complainant, however, the learned Trial Court ignored the evidence of the CW-3. Having perused the record, this Court deems it fit to grant leave to appeal. Petition is disposed of granting leave to appeal. Crl.A. No.
