% 12.02.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application and instead given liberty to challenge the order dated 20.12.2016 of the court of Sessions to the extent thereby charge was framed for the offence under Section 15 (1) (a) (iiia) of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, granted.

Accompanying application also stands disposed of as infructuous.
