Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

(i) claims against the respondent No.2 whereas respondent No. 1 is a proforma party. It is further submitted that an Interim Resolution Professional has been appointed by NCLT in respect of respondent No.2 and the petitioner shall file the claims before the Interim Resolution Professional. 2.

These petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if occasion so arises.
