The present petition alleges non-compliance of order dated 12th October, 2022 passed in CRL.REV.P. 328/2021, whereby Rajan Arora, the Respondent herein, was directed to pay maintenance at the rate of INR 4,000/- per month during the pendency of the revision petition. 2.

However, the revision petition has since been decided, and this Court has not interfered with the order in the said impugned revision petition. 3.

In view of the above, counsel for the Petitioner, without prejudice to rights and contentions of the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to take appropriate steps for execution of the order of maintenance.

In light of the foregoing, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending application.
