The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 519/2019 of Police Station Prem Nagar for offence under Section 302/201/34 of IPC. 1.1.

This bail application came up for the first hearing on 17.02.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application also was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first hearing before me.

Broadly speaking, the prosecution case is that on 22.09.2019, the accused/applicant himself visited the police station and informed that he had killed his wife and chopped the dead body into pieces. 3.

On last two dates, none appeared for the accused/applicant. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for accused/applicant appears through videoconferencing and seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.
