The learned APP for the State submits that out of the four eyewitnesses, two eye-witnesses have been completely examined, one of the eye-witnesses has been partly cross-examined and remaining 01 eye-witness is yet to be examined.

The learned APP submits that the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court is 21.07.2025, for further cross-examination of the third eye witness.

The learned APP submits that possibly the examination of the eye-witnesses would be completed within two months. 4.
