The present petition under Sections 2 (b), 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to initiate Contempt proceedings against the alleged contemnor for willfully violating/disobeying the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 29.05.2023 in W.P. (Crl.) No. 1613/2023 -and punish the alleged contemnor for having committed contempt of the order of this Hon'ble Court.

b. Any other further orders which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition, on account of compliance of the order dated 29.05.2023 in W.P.
