The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/ non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 11.12.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 18835/2025. The said order reads as under:- "3. The present petition seeks implementation of the directions contained in the order dated 07.05.2025, passed in Eviction Petition No. 620/2022 under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
4. It is pointed out that although an appeal has been filed against the order dated 07.05.2025, no interim order has been passed in the said appeal that would prevent enforcement of the directions contained in the order dated 07.05.2025.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authorities to bestow urgent consideration to the petitioner's pending petition / application and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 who appears on advance notice submits that the concerned authorities including the police authorities are rendering every possible assistance for the purpose of complying with the directions contained in the order dated 07.05.2025, passed by the District Magistrate (East), GNCTD, L.M. Bundh, Shastri Nagar, Delhi-110031 in Eviction Petition No.620/2022 on the petitioner's complaint/petition under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and Rules framed thereunder (hereinafter referred as "the Senior Citizen Act"). The operative directions therein read as under:- "I. The Respondent is hereby directed to open the access to terrace in the mentioned property i.e., H. No. 12/387-388, Kalyanpuri, Delhi-110091. II.
Further, as directed, rent amount of First Floor to be paid monthly to the Senior Citizen should be paid through Bank/ Demand Draft/ Google Pay etc. III...It is further directed to respondent that the First Floor may be given on rent to tenant as per the choice of senior citizen only after police verification. 5.

A communication dated 30.12.2025 issued by the Office of the concerned SDM (East), Mayur Vihar, L.M. Bandh, Shastri Nagar, Delhi has also been placed on record, whereby directions were issued for the purpose of compliance with the concerned orders. It is further submitted and undertaken that the factual position shall be duly ascertained and taken note of by the executing authority under the Senior Citizens Act, and appropriate orders shall be passed disposing of the petitioner's execution application.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
