It is stated that under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably and the terms of settlement have been reduced into writing vide Settlement Agreement dated 23.01.2026. The Settlement Agreement dated 23.01.2026 has already been placed on record by the Mediation Centre. 2.
The terms of settlement between the parties commence from page 5 of the Settlement Agreement from sub-para (i) to (xvi). The said Settlement Agreement is taken on record alongwith the annexures appended to it. Annexure 'C' is the photocopy of the DD bearing no.197958 dated 21.01.2026 in favour of the plaintiffs for a sum of Rs.1 Lakh. The Aadhar Identity Card of the defendant is also appended to the said Settlement Agreement. 3.
It is stated in sub-clause (vi) that the infringed goods seized in terms of the order dated 06.03.2023 by the Local Commissioner were released to the defendant on Superdari. In terms of the said clause of the aforesaid settlement, the seized goods are to be handed over to the representative of the plaintiffs The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. within one month from date.

Accordingly, the defendant is directed to release the seized products/packaging materials bearing the registered trademark 'HERO' to the representative of the plaintiff within four weeks from today. The plaintiffs are permitted to destroy such goods as may be deemed fit. 5.
The request of the plaintiffs in terms of sub clause (xv) of the Settlement Agreement for refund of Court Fees is granted in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 upon fulfilment of all the formalities, as per rules. 6.
Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 7.
The Suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.01.2026.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.01.2026.
