Fresh Bail Application under Section 483 of BNSS read with Section 439 for Extension of Interim Bail granted vide Order dated 31.01.2025 for a further period of 30 days.

It is submitted in the Application that on account of the child delivery of the wife of the Petitioner, the learned Trial Court vide Order dated 21.01.2025 had granted interim bail for a period of three weeks, which was The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. further extended vide Order dated 11.02.2025 for one week to be ended on 18.02.2025.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner has now placed on record medical prescription of the wife of the Petitioner showing that she is still suffering from discharge from stitches and has been advised bed rest for 20 days. The copy of the medical prescription be taken on record. 6.

Considering the documents, the Interim Bail of the Petitioner Paras @ Bharat is further extended by 15 days and thereafter no further extension on any ground shall be granted.

The Petitioner shall surrender on 04.03.2025 before the Jail Superintendent.

In the interim, medical documents of the wife of the Petitioner be got verified by the I.O. Any Application, thereafter be filed before the learned Trial Court, who shall consider it in accordance with law. 9.

The Petition along with the pending Application stands disposed of accordingly.
