The petitioner seeks to be released on regular bail. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted blow with a surgical blade in the process of snatching mobile phone of the complainant de facto. The Nominal Roll reflects two convictions and one trial for similar offences against the petitioner and also reflects his unsatisfactory conduct in jail. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application and further submits that he shall move fresh application after examination of public witnesses in trial. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
