Pursuant to the previous order, a report dated 12th December, 2024 has been presented by counsel for Employees' State Insurance Corporation ("ESIC"). A copy has been handed over to the petitioner's counsel. 2.

As per the Standing Counsel for ESIC, the decision has been taken for release of the dependent's dues under the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948.

The beneficiaries will be at liberty to approach the ESIC office for disbursement of the same.

In these facts and circumstances, this petition is disposed of with the above directions.
