This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to cover the services of the Petitioners under the ambit of Old Pension Scheme in terms of the OM dated 03.03.2023. (ii) Pass any such orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case."

In effect, the petitioner contends that they are covered by the Old Pension Scheme in terms of Office Memorandums dated 03.03.2023 and 09.04.2024 issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.

keeping in view the documents annexed and grounds taken in the writ petition.

The said exercise shall be undertaken within a period of twelve weeks from today. It goes without saying, if the petitioners have any grievance on the order passed by the respondents, liberty is with the petitioners to approach the Court in accordance with law.
