Ms. Vibha Mahajan, Advocate for the respondents has handed-over a compliance affidavit along with documents which is taken on record. Copy thereto has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner in the Court. 2.

It is submitted by Ms. Mahajan that in terms of order dated 16.01.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.6689/2003, respondents have given the benefit of ACP to the petitioner with effect from 01.07.2003 till the date petitioner attained the age of superannuation i.e. 30.04.2004. 3.

After going through the compliance affidavit, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the other remedies as available in the law.
