The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition in view of the Settlement dated 30th November, 2023.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present petition, petitioners have entered in a Settlement dated 30th November, 2023, whereby the respondent no.2 has agreed to receive an amount of ₹11 crores from the petitioners as full and final settlement of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. loan amount taken by the petitioners from respondent no.2. He further submits that the said amount of ₹11 crores has already been paid by the petitioners to respondent no.2.
