After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that when the claimant would enter into witness box, he would confront him with respect to the payment made by the petitioner herein, in relation to cheque of Rs. 4,95,000/-. He, therefore, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the petition.

The petition stands disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Needless to say, the petitioner, who is defending the abovesaid claim before the learned Arbitral Tribunal, is at liberty to put any such question or confront the witness with any such document, in accordance with law. 5.

The next date of 31.10.2025 stands cancelled. 6.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
