The limited prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner is that, directions be issued to the Family Court to expeditiously decide her application, filed before the Family Courts for handing over the interim custody of minor children to the respondent.

It is submitted that respondent filed a guardianship petition before the learned Family Court in the year 2017 and that the application for handing over the interim custody of the minor children has not been adjudicated despite passing of more than six years.
