The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"i) Quash the FIR No.386/2022 dated 12/05/2022 U/s 498A/406/34 IPC with P.S. Rajouri Garden, West Delhi, and consequential proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR; ii) Pass any other or further order(s) as deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate the grounds taken herein before the learned Trial Court at the time of consideration on point of charge.

Leave and liberty granted.

residing in Mumbai may be exempted from their personal appearance and be allowed to appear through their counsel before the learned Trial Court. 5.

On an appropriate application being filed for exemption of personal appearance of the petitioners, the learned Trial Court shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
