O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/ non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 25.08.2025 passed by this court in W.P. (C) 12810/2025. The same, inter alia, directs as under:

"4. In view of the fact that the reliefs sought by the petitioner are, according to DUSIB, already under administrative consideration, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that DUSIB will treat the present writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today." 2.

During the course of hearing, it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by way of a speaking order dated 04.11.2025. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of hearing. 3.

present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. 4.
