% 20.03.2019 CM APPLN. 12742/2019 in W.P.(C) 483/2019 Vide the present application, the applicant/respondent no.1 seeks extension of time to take a final decision on the inquiry report dated 13.03.2012 for another eight weeks, pursuant to order dated 18.01.2019. Keeping in view the reasons stated in the present application, I hereby direct the respondent no.1 to comply with the order dated 18.01.2019 within four weeks.

I hereby made it clear that no further extension of time will be granted to the respondent no.1.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for the parties under the signatures of the Court Master.
