% 17.02.2025 1.
Learned counsel for petitioner has, at the very outset, submitted that nothing survives in the present petition.
2.
Learned counsel for petitioner, in all fairness, informs that though the payment was made through online banking channel on 16.01.2025, petitioner somehow could not take note of the aforesaid aspect. 3.
Since the grievance of the petitioner has already been taken care of and the cost has already been duly paid, nothing survives in the present petition and petitioner, accordingly, seeks to withdraw the same. 4.
Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. MANOJ JAIN, J FEBRUARY 17, 2025/dr The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 01:34:49
