% 29.11.2017 This petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 105/2013, P.S. Karol Bagh, registered under section 406/468/471/193/120-B IPC. Mr. Sanjay Lao, the learned counsel for the State submitted that the police has already filed a cancellation report before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate concerned on the basis of a thorough investigation of the case and has relied upon the report of the forensic laboratory. The respondent No. 1 has filed a protest petition against the said cancellation report.

The relief sought by the petitioner would be met if the cancellation report is accepted by the Court concerned. No further order is required in this petition.
