The plaintiff, who appears in person, again prays for some time to rectify certain defects in the pleadings/documents. He prays that, in the alternative, he be allowed to withdraw the instant civil suit with liberty to file it afresh.

Per contra, Mr. Ankit Jain, learned senior counsel, contends that the plaintiff has been given sufficient opportunity to rectify the defects. 3.

Be that as it may, since the plaintiff prays for another adjournment and the Court finds that various adjournments have been already granted earlier, therefore, the alternate request of the plaintiff is accepted. 4.

Liberty, prayed for, is granted.

The instant civil suit stands dismissed as withdrawn along with all pending applications.
