In the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent/ MCD, it is stated that the application of the petitioner for Municipal Health Trade License ('MHTL') has been rejected on 18th August, 2023. Despite the same, the petitioner continued to run his restaurant. Subsequently, pursuant to order passed on 5th December, 2025 in W.P.(C) 11955/2024, the petitioner applied for MHTL again which has been rejected by the respondent/ MCD on 1st April, 2026 on the ground that the restaurant's location falls under notified Mixed Land Use Street under Master Plan of Delhi-2021 ('MPD 2021') and therefore, no MHTL can be granted in terms of Gazette Notification dated 24th October, 2019.

In view thereof, counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
