By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 548/2025 dated 18.08.2025, registered at Police Station Ranhola, Outer District, New Delhi, under Sections 109(1)/3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

The status report handed up by Mr. Aashneet Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, is taken on record. 3.

After some hearing, Mr. Neeraj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the application, without prejudice to the right of the applicant to move the learned Sessions Court at the appropriate stage.
