The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "(i) Petition Under Article 226 Of The Constitution Of India For Issuance Of A Writ/Order/Direction Directing Constituting A Medical Board To Conduct A Fair, Impartial And Independent Enquiry To Ascertain The Cause/Reason Of Death Of Ms. Sarita, Deceased Wife Of Petitioner And Submit A Report On The Negligence Of The Attending Doctors Of Respondent No. 2, Administering/ Giving Wrong Blood Group Blood To Deceased Sarita, Causing Her Death And Thus Fixing Liability /Responsibility On The Doctors/Persons Responsible.

Respondents To Expedite The Viscera And Histopathology Chemical Analysis And Submit A Report Expeditiously Which Shall Ascertain The Cause Of Death Of The Wife Of The Petitioner (iii) Issuance Of A Writ/Order/Direction Directing The Respondent No. 3 To Properly Investigate The DD No.02 A Dated 24.09.2021 Lodged By The Petitioner And To Register A FIR Against The Persons / Doctors Guilty Of Negligence In Giving Wrong Blood To The Deceased Sarita, Wife Of The Petitioner (iv) Issuance Of A Writ/Order/Direction Directing The Respondents/ Persons /Doctors Responsible For Death Of Sarita To Pay A Reasonable Compensation Payable To The Petitioner And His Minor Son.

(v) To pass such other or further writ, order or direction as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, equity and fair play." 2.

The enquiry stands concluded and a report dated 20.12.2023 has been filed. It is open for the Petitioner to challenge the said Report dated 20.12.2023 before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, along with the pending application(s), if any.
