This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR bearing No.481/2017, under Sections 323/354/342/354B/509/34 IPC, PSNorth Rohini. 2.

The petition has been filed on the ground that both parties have come to an amicable settlement. However, Mr. Jaideep Rathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that respondent no.2 is not cooperating in getting the matter quashed and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
