The petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.369/2016 under Sections 376/506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Ranhola. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The prosecutrix and her mother are also present and have been identified by the Investigating Officer. They have no objection to the grant of bail as the petitioner has since married the prosecutrix and a child in the victim's lap has born to her. 3.

Petitioner is in custody since 17th March, 2016. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the BAIL APPLN. 84/2017

sum of `30,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
