This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking exemption from filing originals/certified/cleared/typed or translated copies of documents, proper margins, electronic documents, etc. Original documents shall be produced/filed, if sought, strictly as per the provisions of the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015 and the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018. 3.

Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Accordingly, application is disposed of.

This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter, 'the Act') seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. The dispute between the parties pertains to an agreement entered into by the parties for Internal Electrical works in Institutional Religious Building "Eternal Oasis" at Sector-42, Gurugram, Haryana with the work order for Supply, installation, Testing and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Commissioning of Internal Electrical Works at the Project site. The Petitioner invoked the arbitration clause on 2nd November, 2021. Since the Respondent did not reply, a Section 11 petition under the Act was filed by the Petitioner and a sole Arbitrator was appointed vide order dated 11th February, 2022. The ld. Arbitrator entered into the reference on 22nd February, 2022 and accordingly proceeded in the matter. 5.

The Court has perused the order dated 19th January, 2024 passed by the ld. Sole Arbitrator.

In view of the circumstances mentioned therein, the mandate of the Tribunal is extended till 31st December, 2024. 7.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
