% 31.01.2019 According to the Status Report handed over on behalf of the State, petitioner no. 1 was only engaged to another lady prior to the decree of dissolution of marriage.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that said lady is present in Court. She has been identified by the Investigating Officer. He further submits that the petitioner had not remarried prior to the dissolution of the marriage.

No further orders are required.

The petition stands disposed-off.
