The primary grievance put-forth by the petitioner in the instant writ petition is premised on the ground that the respondents have passed the impugned order dated 22.12.2023 without considering the representation submitted by the petitioner.

On earlier date, this Court directed the respondents to take instructions.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, fairly submits that the respondents would not have any objections, if the matter can be remitted back to the said respondents, with liberty to pass a fresh order, after considering the representation submitted by the petitioner. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition, with the following directions:- (i) The impugned order dated 22.12.2023 is set aside; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (ii) The respondents are granted liberty to pass a fresh order in accordance with law on due consideration of the representation submitted by the petitioner.
