This petition is filed seeking directions to respondent no.1 to 4 to permit the petitioner to join the duty in respondent no.1/school and the second prayer is for release of the unpaid salary of the petitioner from November, 2023 onwards.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the pendency of this petition, no cause of action survives for pursuing the first prayer as the petitioner was permitted to join. He further submits that after superannuation of the petitioner, a show cause notice (for short 'SCN') dated 28.04.2025 was issued to the petitioner stating that the petitioner was absent from duty and the proceedings regarding the same are going on. The unpaid salary of period in question sought by the petitioner, is at present the subject matter of the proceedings going on in pursuance to the SCN issued The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to the petitioner.

In view of the above circumstances, the petition is dismissed as infructuous qua the first prayer. Vis-a-vis the prayer no.2, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law after the culmination of the proceedings in pursuance to the SCN.
