Petitioners seek directions to the trial court to adjourn the sessions trial sine die and to the revisional court to expedite the hearing of the revision petition. However, since the revisional court has already disposed of the revision petition and FIR has been registered, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to institute appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 3.

Accordingly, the petition as well as pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
