Counsel for the respondent is present on an advance notice and submits that he has no objection if the prayer made in the petition is granted.

Keeping in mind the averments made in the petition, time for making of the award is extended for a further period of three months from 17th January, 2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
