The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: - "I). Quash the F.I.R. No. 787 dated 04/10/22 under Section 376 IPC registered at PS- Wazirabad and consequential proceedings arising out from the said FIR under the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice. II). Pass any order or such orders in favour of the Petitioner which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
