% 11.02.2016 It is transpired during the course of the hearing that the petitioner's grievance apart from the claim made for quashing of the electoral process initiated on 29.11.2013 and the subsequent order-in respect of their allegations that they cannot be treated as defaulters. It is an admitted fact that the petitioners have approached the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal which is seized of the same issue. In circumstances, no relief can be granted. All rights & contentions available in law are reserved.

The Writ petition is dismissed.
