O R D E R
% 21.01.2019 The petitioner seeks extension of parole for medical intervention by way of Augmentation Urothroplasty. The medical intervention for which he was granted parole on 21.12.2018 could not be availed by him because the date of surgery has now been fixed for 29.01.2019. In view of the above, the petitioner's parole is extended by five weeks on the same terms and conditions. Should for any reason the scheduled operation not take place on 29.01.2019, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent concerned on 31.01.2019 with liberty to move an appropriate application for grant of parole, whenever next date for operation is finalized.
The petition is disposed off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the petitioner, under the signature of the Court Master.
