Ms.Aakanksha Kaul and Ms.Tarita, Advocates enter appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, respectively. 3.

Counsels for the respondents submit that they do not wish to file any reply, as they do not oppose the prayers made in the petition. 4.

I am informed by the counsels for the parties that the matter pending before the Arbitral Tribunal is ripe for pronouncement of the award. It is the say of the counsels for the parties that the pronouncement of the award is stalled as the parties were engaged in settlement talks.

I am further informed that the parties have broadly agreed on aspects concerning the settlement and that there is every likelihood of

the same fructifying into a firm agreement.

It is in these circumstances, counsels for the parties seek extension of time by another three months commencing from 31.01.2019.

Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties and given the fact that there is possibility of a settlement, I am inclined to extend the time for three months, commencing from 31.01.2019. It is ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that if no settlement is reached between the parties, the learned Arbitrator will pronounce the award within the deadline fixed hereinabove.

The petition is disposed of in the aforementioned terms. Dasti.
