The instant petition is for setting aside order dated 08.10.2021 passed by the Central Information Commission, whereby, the petitioner has been directed to furnish to respondent no. 2-RTI applicant, a certified copy of the question paper for the examination dated 01.09.2018 with respect to recruitment of Assistant Managers (Rajbhasha) for the Reserve Bank of India, among other information.

Mr. Jain, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the examination in question was conducted by respondent no.3 i.e. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), which was impleaded The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. as a party by virtue of order dated 08.08.2023. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3-IBPS submits that for various reasons, the information cannot be provided. 4.

The Court, however, notes that respondent no. 3-IBPS was not a party before the Central Information Commission (8CIC9) and admittedly, the information sought for, is in the possession of IBPS. 5.

In view thereof, respondent no. 2-original applicant shall be at liberty to file appropriate application before the CIC. Needless to state that if such an application is filed, let the same be dealt with in accordance with law with due expedition.

Till such application is filed by respondent no. 2-original applicant, the interim order dated 18.02.2022 shall remain in force. 7.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of along with all pending applications.
