The present petition raises a grievance as regards the alleged encroachment/illegal unauthorized construction raised at property bearing Shop Nos.160, 161 and 162, Junk Market at S.P. Mukherjee Market, Jhandewalan, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice submits that the vacation notice in respect of the said property has been issued on 14.02.2024 and that the requisite demolition action, in accordance The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
