Present public interest petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to stop and seal illegal and unauthorized carving/settling of an unauthorized colony on DDA land/ agriculture land situated at Village Rani Khera, Kanjhwala, Delhi, Khasra No.41/3 (3-12), 41/11 (4-16) and 41/12 (1-0) being carried out by Respondent No. 3. The Petitioner further seeks issuance of directions to the Respondent No. 1 to remove the boundary walls and roads constructed by Respondent No. 3 at the aforesaid agricultural land. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Respondent No. 3 is carrying out the aforesaid activity without any prior permission from the competent authority and in violation of building bye-laws, in connivance with the officials of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that the land owing agency i.e. DDA has not even been impleaded as a party to the present writ petition.

Consequently, this Court directs the present writ petition to be treated as a representation to the Chairman, Special Task Force, stated to be headed by the Vice-Chairman, DDA. A copy of the present writ petition alongwith annexures shall be forwarded by the Petitioner to the Vice Chairman, DDA within two working days. In the event, the writ petition is forwarded to the Vice Chairman, DDA during the stipulated time, he shall decide the same by way of speaking order preferably within four weeks in accordance with law. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. 5.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
