2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that even though the orders granting refund were issued way back in February, 2019, till date the actual refund amount has not been credited to the account of the Petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the Respondents assures the Court that the Petitioner's account will be credited with the refund amount not later than 20th May, 2019.

4. Based on the above assurance, the petition is disposed of. If the assurance is not adhered to by the Respondents, it will be open to the Petitioner to

revive the present petition.
