Application under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as 'CPC') has been filed on behalf of the both the parties wherein it is submitted that the matter stands mutually settled. The Appellant has undertaken to vacate the premises on or before 30.06.2027 and has agreed to pay the user occupation charges @Rs.90,000/- per month w.e.f. 01.04.2026 till 30.06.2027. 2.

Both the parties are present, who endorsed the terms of the Settlement.

Both the parties state that they have entered into the Compromise voluntarily without any fear and coercion and shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.
